Group Training Class Memberships are perfect for everyone, no matter your level of experience or fitness.
Our Group Training helps you achieve your goals in away you have never before.
At Top Performance Fitness we program and structure our Group Training Program using the scientific principles of training to ensure you progress and GET results!  
Follow a 3 day Strength Program, tracking your individual progress over the duration of the 10 week program, pair this with as many or few of our programmed cardio sessions as your goals require! 

Upon joining sit down with one of our Coaches, and create a tailored action plan for your specific goals. 
Determine which Cardio based sessions will be best for you, in addition to nutritional recommendations that align with your goals. 

Take your Group training to the next level with our Group Training add-ons! 

 

  • Grow some juicy glutes with our Group Coaching program & weekly group sessions with the GluteSquad

  • Dial In on your nutrition with 1:1 Nutrition Coaching to complement your training

  • Improve training efficacy and technique by adding Regular or Casual PT sessions to your weekly routine
